Great Deal in Sea Isle City

Just wanted to let everyone know that 8204 Central Ave. South (aka Dolphin House) is being reduced to $749K. I sold the other side for $755K, and they were asking $799K.

This is brand new construction with an elevator. This is a lovely home that is very well built and has lots of custom details. With a little negotiating, you might be able to get it for around $725,000, maybe less, which would be a fantastic deal!

For those of you looking for rental potential, having an elevator is a plus since there are not too many homes that have elevators.

This is not my listing, just a home that I think is a fantastic deal. There were two homes that were at this price this past weekend and both had multiple offers.

Any questions or if you would like to see it, please let me know! Thanks!

Fractional Ownership Has Come To Sea Isle City

Well, they have been doing it in Avalon and it has just come to Sea Isle City!

7508 Landis South is now being sold as fractional ownership. You can own a quarter share of this home for $195,000. This entitles you to use the home 1 week every month. It is not a time share, you can actually use it, rent it, let your family/friends use it in your place or resell it.

It is an intersting concept!

Good luck to all of the Council and Mayor Candidates!! Remember to vote on May 8th!!

This is an awesome price! This home is practically new! This side has a very nice lagoon view, which the other side did not have. It was professionally decorated, has hardwood flooring, granite counters, intercom, central vac, elevator, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths. This home is LOVELY and just like the other side it will not last at this price!! Call me today to check it out!

Best Deal on the Island!

Just got back from vacation and checked the MLS and saw an excellent deal!
4402 Park- North Unit- it was just reduced to $599,000

It was originally listed for $874,000. It was finished in 2006, has tons of upgrades including an elevator, hardwood flooring, granite, central vac, and has been professionally decorated!

It also has an excellent rental history! So for it is rented for 11 weeks for approximately $16,000 with 2 high weeks left.

Not to sound like the typical sales person, but "It won't be on the market for long at this price!!"

Sea Isle City Polar Bear Plunge and Weather

Happy Valentine's Day!

Well, the heavy rainstorm we received last night and this morning washed all of our snow away. There are a couple of streets that are flooded on this dark and gloomy morning, so if you are in down watch out!

The 13th Annual Polar Bear Plunge is this upcoming weekend and will be held on Saturday, at 2pm, at JFK and the beach. If you are feeling adventurous you can still register! Same day registration is 10am to 12pm at LaCosta Lounge at JFK and Landis and the cost is $25. There is a post-party at the LaCosta Lounge right after the plunge--free food and live entertainment!

If you have never experienced the Polar Bear Plunge before, it is quite an experience and lots of fun! There are hundreds of people who brave the frigid temperatures, air and water, many in costumes! This will be the final year of the reining Ice Queen, Irene Jameson, 82 years old, who rides in on a throne made of ice. Irene has been the queen for the past 12 years and has raised over $30,000 in donations for the family activities held in Sea Isle over the summer. She is quite an inspiration! Go Irene!

Here are some pictures taken from last years' Plunge from SOJO 104.9 Radio!
