Sea Isle City Real Estate Update

We are up to 144 home that have sold since January 1st. Here is what has sold since the last post:

6 79th Street- asking price $725,000, sold for $715,000
140 42nd Street-asking price $369,000, sold for $337,500
140 42nd Street- asking price $469,000, sold for $452,500

All of these are resales, not new construction. The came down on average approx. 4% from their asking prices.

Sea Isle City Market Update

140 homes have gone under contract or sold since January 1st.

Two homes have closed the last week:

-351 44th Place- asking price $989,777, sold price $950,000
-6715 Central Ave.- asking price $635,000, sold price $585,000

One was new construction, and they came down an average of 6% off their asking prices.

REDUCED!!!




230 78th Street was just reduced today! The top floor is now $599,000 and the first floor is $575,000. These are must sees! Everything is redone!

One of these homes was new construction and the average these homes came down from their asking price was approx. 4%.

Sea Isle City Skimmer Festival

Sea Isle City will be having its annual Skimmer Festival on the promenade next weekend. It is a lot of fun and worth checking out! Here is a list of activities that will be held:

Memorial Day weekend was VERY crowded down here! It might have been the most crowded I've seen it!
