Sea Isle City Good Investment Opportunity

If anyone is looking for a project or knows anyone who is, there is a great deal that just came up on the market!!

A Dolphin Beach Condo (300 Landis) in need of total renovation was just listed. This is a two bedroom, two bath condo with the bay in the back and the ocean in the front and an inground pool. The asking price is $300,000, but if you could get it for $250K-$275K, really make it nice and put approx. $50K into it, it would be a great investment.
The last unit that sold in this complex sold for $362,500 and there really wasn't anything updated in it. The two units that are currently on the market are listed for $499,900 and $545,000. (Both are significantly overpriced for this market in my opinion.) Realistically if this unit was completely renovated it could resell for approx. $400K.

Let me stress though, this needs complete renovation!!!

If you have any questions or if you would li ke to see it, please let me know. Thanks!

New Listing in Sea Isle City! Great Price! Lovely Home!

Just wanted to pass along a home that I just listed that I think is absolutely lovely and a great price! It is 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, and is like brand new. Just about everything has been redone both inside and out. It is a first floor unit at 5813 Central, on the corner of 59th and Central, fronting on 59th, not on Central. It is diagonally across the street from Dealy Field, so it has nice park and bay views. This truly is a must see home! $528,000
