It was a good week down here in Sea Isle, 3 more homes went under contract which brings us to 174 homes since Jan.1, 2007.

The Sun is out!!!
For all of you not down here, the sun has finally come out! There is a mass exodus to the beach!! Yeah!

I had an open house on Sunday and had 21 groups of people come through, which was a record for me! A co-worker had 25!
Since January 1, 2007 171 homes have sold or have gone under contract.
Since the last update post, two homes have sold, both sides of 134 53rd Street, these were new Tom Welsh, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and a bonus room, the asking price was $829,000 and they both sold for $800,000.
