Sea Isle City Real Estate Market Update
We are now at 73 homes that have sold or gone under contract in Sea Isle City since Jan. 1st. It has been an interesting market down here! It picks up one week and then slows down the next. All that being said though, 73 homes sold in a bad economy is pretty good! We have seen a couple homes that have gotten multiple offers, as well as one home that actually sold at their asking price! The homes that have closed since the last post are:
-8204 Central Ave., asking price $749,000, sold price $749,000
-133 51st St., asking price $799,000, sold price $775,000
As you can see, these homes did not go much lower than their asking prices. Are things starting to level off now? Only time will tell!
