Wow! We had a very busy weekend! There were lots of buyers shopping this weekend and a few homes even had multiple offers! Is it a sign of change? Only time will tell!

-38 74th, asking price $1,069,000, sold for $999,999
-6109 Pleasure, asking price $4,250,000, sold for $3,850,000
Three of these homes were new constructions, the others were resales. The approx. average they came down off of their asking prices was 5%.

Sea Isle City Real Estate Market Update
Two more homes have gone under contract making it a total of 182 homes that have gone under contract or sold since January 1st.
The only home that has closed since the last post is 225 87th Street, Rear Cottage, the asking price was $319,000 and it sold for $290,000.

Sea Isle City Irish Festival This Saturday!!
Just a reminder!!
This weekend is Sea Isle City's First Annual Irish Festival.
A street fair will take place from 11am -9pm on Saturday on JFK Blvd. between Central and Landis Ave.
Friday night LaCosta Deck will be having $2 Guinness, $2 Jameson Shots and $4 Car Bombs-The Gallagher Brothers will be playing.
Saturday night the Gallagher Brothers will be back at LaCosta Deck from 4-8pm and following them Killin' Thyme featuring The Irish Dancers will be there until closing. In the Lounge from 4-8pm The Rockets will playing.
Kix McNutley's is sponsoring an outdoor tent with live entertainment all day, with the Irish sounds of Cletus McBride from 11am-9pm.
There will be vendors at the Street fair with Irish goodies too!
