Nor'easter Flood Pictures in Sea Isle City

Well, the tidal flooding and wind were pretty bad down here, but thankfully there hasn't been too much rain. The only road not flooded was pretty much Pleasure Ave. We were pretty lucky, the water made it to the garage doors, but not inside. Both of my children had "flood days" and didn't have school (Sea Isle and Ocean City) I know others weren't so lucky. Here are some pictures I took around town.

Keep in mind these were taken 2 hours before low tide!! It was much worse at high tide!

The census forms will be mailed out in March 2010, and will not be forwarded by the Post Office. If you spend most of the time over the year in your Cape May County residence and you receive a form while you are away, wait to return to Cape May County and complete a form in person with a Census Enumerator or at a Cape May County Library or Questionnaire Assistance Center. Additionally, replacement census questionnaires will be mailed out to non-respondents sometime in May to July 2010.
