126 74th Street, East Great Price!
Just wanted to make sure everyone knew about a good deal in Sea Isle City!
126 74th Street, East in Sea Isle City is a lovely 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath, Tom Welsh built home with room for everyone! This home features tons of upgrades-- hardwood flooring, tile backsplash, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, gas fireplace, one car garage and nice bay & wetland views! It was completed in July 2007, so it is less than 2 years old! It has a good rental history as well.
The West side just sold on April 8th for $700,000 and at the height of the market, this exact home (same builder and everything!) sold at 137 66th Street, East and West for $870,000!!
The Seller wants to move onto the next project! This is one of the best deals in town!!
If you have any questions or if you would like to see it, please let me know. Thanks!
