A total of 260 homes went under contract in 2012, compared to 200 in 2011!  This includes all townhomes, condos, single family homes, multi-family homes, lots, and commercial that were listed on the MLS and had a contract date of Jan. 1^st 2012 to Dec. 31^st 2012.

Single Family Homes-  13 Sold,   Average Price $660,000, Median Price $601,000

Lots- 5 Sold, Average Price $328,000, Median Price $375,000

Commercial- 2 Sold, Average Price $212,500, Median Price $212,500

Multi-Family Homes- 4 Sold, Average Price $565,000, Median Price $557,500

Condo and Townhomes- 236 Sold, Average Price $600,297, Median Price $563,750
