Mashura Burger Potential Development Opportunities

If you are looking for new construction and like Mashura Burger, there are several development opportunites in the works. They have potentially 6 owners who are looking to develop their lots and want to keep one side and sell the other. Basically the buyer would be a partner in the development process and in turn you could own a Mashura Burger home and would save approx. $100K over buying the unit post construction.

These homes would be located in the 70's, 50's, 40's and 30's. These are not on the MLS, so for more information, please give me a call!
