It's been a busy week here in Sea Isle! Lots of showings and a bunch of homes just went under contract! We are now at 163 homes that have went under contract or have sold since January 1st. Four homes went under contract just this week!

138 78th Street- asking price $800,000, sold price $800,000
142 82nd Street- asking price $799,000, sold price $775,000
One was new construction and the other was a tear down. Interested in what is going to be built there? New Tom Welsh Construction-5BR, 3.5BA and a bonus room-asking price $829,000. This is the first Tom Welsh construction that has 5 bedrooms withe a bonus room on the island!!
