Things seem to be picking up a lot!! Don't know if it is the rainy weather or if people are really starting to be actively looking!
I had an open house on Sunday and had 21 groups of people come through, which was a record for me! A co-worker had 25!

Since the last update post, two homes have sold, both sides of 134 53rd Street, these were new Tom Welsh, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and a bonus room, the asking price was $829,000 and they both sold for $800,000.
