Sea Isle City Real Estate Market Update

After a little bit of a slow down over the last couple of weeks, we are now at 103 homes that have gone under contract since January 1st. It does seem that most of the homes that have been going under contract recently are priced at $700,000 and under. Comparing this to last year, we are down approx. 27 homes sold in the same time period, January 1st to May 21st, 2007.
