Mortgage Rates Drop Significantly!

Just got a bunch of rate sheets from a few different companies and all were under 6% for a 30 year fixed conventional, zero points. In fact one was 5.5% for a 30 year, zero points. Jumbo loans are now in the lower 6% range.
