Looking for a development opportunity in Sea Isle City?
Just wanted to let everyone know about a new listing which would be a good development opportunity. We just listed 113 36th Street which is on an oversized lot--58x110. It has a home on it but it is a tear down so the value is in the land. They are asking $549,900 which is really priced aggressively. A few months ago the lot on the corner of 36th and Landis sold for $510K and it was on Landis and a standard size lot.
