Here is the wrap up for the real estate market in Sea Isle City for 2010.
We had 180 homes go under contract or close in 2010. That is down 10 homes from 2009.
The following is the breakdown:
-Single Family Homes- 13 with an average price of $1,119,363.
-Building Lots-2 with an average price $576,000
-Commercial-1 priced at $255,000
-Condo/Townhouse- 140 with an average price of $611,403
So there 156 homes to close with an average sales price of $650,994, average days on the market were 193, and the average sales price was approx. 90% of the original asking price.
