It is currently pretty snowy down here, but it is not sticking to the road yet. The weather channel is predicting that the snow will change to an icy mix and then eventually might turn to rain. The children down here were pretty disappointed by not having a snow day! In Real Estate related news, another home just sold/closed. It was a brand new Tom Welsh construction at 129 West 54th Street just sold for $800,000. The asking price was $829,000.
